刚上市的新蒜薹清鲜脆嫩,
吃起来还有一点甜丝丝的,
搭配木耳、鸡蛋,简单一炒,

用料
食材:
蒜薹
250克
鸡蛋
4个
干木耳
1把
蒜头
2瓣
小米辣
2个
调味料:
生抽
1.5勺
蚝油
1勺
老抽
1茶匙
1茶匙
玉米淀粉
1茶匙
清水
小半碗
1勺=15ml
1茶匙=5ml
蒜薹这样炒,鲜香入味!好吃又营养的做法
- 先来准备食材:
木耳泡好后清洗干净,撕成小朵;
鸡蛋4个打散;
蒜薹切成段;
蒜头、小米辣切末备用
- 调味料的材料混合均匀✔
这道菜好吃的关键就是这碗咸鲜十足的料汁哦!
- 锅中倒入适量的油,油热后倒入打散的蛋液,炒至鸡蛋凝固,盛出备用
- 少许底油,把蒜末小米辣放入锅中,煸炒出香味
- 然后把木耳、蒜薹放入锅中翻炒,再沿着锅边倒入少许清水,加热2-3分钟。
- 把前面炒好的鸡蛋放回锅中
