这款英式麦芬无糖无油,发酵和烘烤控制得当一样柔软湿润,吃的时候中间切开,随意夹上肉蛋奶酪什么的都好吃,小小一个可以说毫无负担。喜欢麦芬的可以入一个麦芬模具,做出来形状更加齐整好看,没有专用模具也可以用慕斯圈套着,或者直接放在烤盘上,烘烤前在上方压一个不粘烤盘即可。
