超软咖啡乳酪卷的做法

  1. 所有面团材料除黄油外放入面包机或厨师机揉至扩展,然后加入软化黄油揉至接近完全。



  1. 分割成6份,滚圆松弛15分钟。



  1. 取一份擀成椭圆形。



  1. 翻面,左右两边向中间翻折1/3。



  1. 再次对折后捏紧。



  1. 依次做好所有面团。



  1. 取一份搓长,并搓成一头大一头小的形状。大头朝上小头朝下放。



  1. 先从中间向上擀开,再用左手拉着末端,向下擀开,擀开总长30cm。

  1. 自上而下卷起。



  1. 做好所有面团。放在烤盘上。



  1. 最后发酵40分钟(温度37度,湿度75%),表面喷清水,粘扁桃仁片,放入预热好的烤箱中层,上下火170度18分钟。
