超软咖啡乳酪卷的做法
- 所有面团材料除黄油外放入面包机或厨师机揉至扩展,然后加入软化黄油揉至接近完全。
- 分割成6份,滚圆松弛15分钟。
- 取一份擀成椭圆形。
- 翻面,左右两边向中间翻折1/3。
- 再次对折后捏紧。
- 依次做好所有面团。
- 取一份搓长,并搓成一头大一头小的形状。大头朝上小头朝下放。
- 先从中间向上擀开,再用左手拉着末端,向下擀开,擀开总长30cm。
