黑椒培根意面(附:自制黑胡椒酱做法)的做法
- 食材如图。红椒是不辣的菜椒。洋葱建议用白洋葱而不是紫洋葱。
- 水烧开,加几滴橄榄油和盐,意面根据包装上显示时间,煮好后过凉水,沥干备用。我这个是煮9-11分钟。
- 培根切片,洋葱青椒红椒切丝。
- 调黑椒酱,家用不锈钢餐勺,1勺约7ml。蒜末+半勺黑胡椒粉+1勺蚝油。
- 再调入半勺生抽、1勺老抽、2勺清水,搅匀。
- 平底锅倒入少许油,小火将培根煎至焦黄盛出。
- 锅内再倒一些橄榄油,小火炒香洋葱。
- 放入青红椒丝,转中火炒至变软。
- 倒入意面和调好的酱汁。
- 翻炒均匀,直到锅底水分蒸干,盛出即可。
- 完成。我又撒了点芝士粉。
