口蘑鸡腿肉的做法

  1. 鸡腿肉切丁,加入生抽、盐、胡椒粉、玉米淀粉抓匀,再倒入适量的食用油(防止粘连)抓匀备用。



  1. 口蘑去根切丁,青椒和胡萝卜切片备用。



  1. 口蘑焯水一分钟,捞出控干水分备用。



  1. 锅内放油,油热放入胡萝卜煸断生。



  1. 放入辣椒煸炒盛出备用。



  1. 锅内放油,油热下入鸡丁滑熟,盛出备用。



  1. 锅内留底油,下入口蘑煸炒,炒至口蘑微微上色。



  1. 加入蒜粒和葱粒边出香味



  1. 加入盐翻炒均匀



  1. 加入鸡丁、青椒、胡萝卜,淋入料酒、生抽、蚝油,再加入白糖和鸡精(可选),大火翻炒均匀。
