马上就是元宵节,嫌制作传统汤圆太麻烦的可以试试这款好做好吃的冷吃汤圆,其实就是糯米糍啦。只不过外皮和馅料都是自己制作,给自己增加一点节日的仪式感~顺祝大家节日快乐!

外皮
牛奶

红豆糯米糍——可以冷吃的汤圆的做法
- 红豆100克洗净,加300克水。
- 放入高压锅,上汽后转小火煮30分钟。
- 放入小锅,用勺子压成泥,依口味加入糖,将水分略炒干。(我只加了15克糖,微微甜的口感)
- 装入容器冷却备用。
- 外皮所有材料放入碗中。
- 搅打均匀,盖上保鲜膜,放入蒸锅,水开后蒸15分钟。
- 用刮刀将糯米团铲出来。
- 包上保鲜膜,放至温热。
- 分成5个剂子,揉成圆形。
- 取一份擀开,可撒熟糕粉或抹玉米油防粘。

小贴士
1、糯米粉小火炒至微黄就是熟糕粉,当然也可以买现成的。
2、配方含糖量极低,糯米糍只有一点淡淡的甜味,喜欢吃甜一些的可以在馅料和外皮中多放一些糖。
3、豆沙馅如果用市售的,外皮就不用放太多糖了,免得过甜。
