  1. 用干香菇浸泡热水(开水),5分钟左右。将泡好地香菇洗干净,用搅拌机搅碎。香菇与肉糜混合搅拌,加入酱油,盐,淀粉,适量水,至搅拌变色均匀即可。腌制10分钟。



  1. 将茄子切块,而后中间再切一半,但不切断。



  1. 将腌好的肉馅塞入茄子中。调配面糊。打两个鸡蛋,搅拌均匀。放入面粉,少量淀粉,加入清水,搅拌均匀至粘稠糊状。用筷子挑起看看拉丝情况。



  1. 将面糊挑好后,把茄盒放入面糊中裹下
  2. 裹面糊,使得茄盒充分吸收粘黏。



  1. 准备好油锅,油热了之后放入裹好的茄盒,开始油炸。炸至金黄色即可。
